Pittlesden Cottage – Ideal Location - Tenterden

A little gem! Positive: Excellent location.2mins walk from the high street and 5mins walk to steam railway station. Spotlessly clean,comfortable and well equipped. Great shower and kitchen had everything we needed.Good to have a parking space..even if it was a tight squeeze. Negative: Unusually hot weather this weekend...so a fan for the bedrooms would have been nice!

Great location, needs updating. Positive: The property has a great location, just off the High Street - very helpful for enjoying our stay. Bathroom clean, tidy and shower straight forward. Neighbours very friendly and helpful. Negative: Arriving late in the year (end Nov), it was cold with the ambient inside temp set at only 13c. It took 8 hours to raise this to a more comfortable 19c/20c. The living room furniture is old and tired, which has left it uncomfortable. While the electric fire did not work and left unplugged, which suggests a fault.

Very convenient for the centre of Tenterden, which is a lovely little town. Positive: The property is very well located for the town centre. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The Wi-Fi is good. Very friendly, helpful neighbours. Negative: The parking spot is a bit tight. The bed was a little uncomfortable. No lock on the bathroom.
