MP683 - Camber Sands Holiday Park

Positive: The location to the beach was good, the tv, the storage and water were good. It was quiet enough. The living area was spacious enough. Negative: The bedroom was a little tight but the second bedroom was very small. 4-6 people would struggle in there for space unless purely using it for sleeping. The problem with that idea is that the beds were very uncomfortable. The sliding patio door wouldn't close properly once opened. This was only a security issue for the last day and 1/2 but we were only there for 3 nights! As it is a private rental, the park staff can't do anything to help so you have to call an out of hours number most of the time. We did this when we left but it didn't seem like a lot of things were well maintained. Behind our rental there was a dumping ground for old caravan and decking parts. Many things there looked run down and so did the surrounding area. There's not much in normal shopping near there so bring your wallet as Rye and Parkdean are expensive!

Positive: Location right near the beach Negative: The caravan was not clean. There was half a mouldy avocado on carpet, cobwebs everywhere. There was a hole in the wall and a broken drawer in one of the bedrooms. The toilet roll holder was broken in one of the bathrooms however, an offer was made for someone to fix it.

Good Positive: Clean and well kept Negative: Nothing

Had a good time Positive: Was in a great location on park , quiet . Negative: Wasn’t the cleanest when arrived but understand it’s a pet friendly caravan and didn’t effect our break .

It was a beautiful stay I would come back I didn’t want to leave Positive: It was lovely
