Good for Privacy , not good for hot weather, not clean bathrooms. Positive: It was okay for privacy , cooking and quiet. Wifi Negative: There is nothing for hot weather, fans or AC, The number provided to contact , no one answered the call even I called them 10 times. Toilets were not clean and big enough.

Positive: The view from the back of the accommodation was lovely Negative: The garden was very overgrown and not maintained. Lots of weeds and brambles. The decking at the front entrance was very loose and some planks felt as though they were about to break.

Brambles and unsafe decking and sreps Positive: This should have been a lovely stay, as the setting could have been lovely. Negative: The decking was a severe trip hazard, with the decking planks not fixed, the garden area was unkempt, brambles through the chairs, through decking, a hole in a door that previously would have been an on suite, a very grotty radiator. I contacted the management company who offered a refund if I didn't stay, it was too late to take my elderly parents anywhere else. I was told they would sort the garden they didn't. They said the en suite was not part of the deal, I agreed with this, but you don't expect a door with a hole in it, in your bedroom. We used the bread saw to cut the brambles. It is so sad, this could have been fabulous. We should have been offered some sort of refund but weren't. We were totally gutted.

Positive: Het uitzicht. Negative: Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Kapotte deuren. Bank stonk naar honden. Buiten een zooitje. Erg duur. Slechte pannen. Met een beetje investeren prachtig plekje van te maken. Wij hadden mooi weer dus konden veel buiten zitten op krakkemikkige stoelen. Bij slecht weer zou het niet fijn geweest zijn

Lovely caravan but outdoor areas need attention Positive: Loved our stay in this caravan, clean, well-equipped, and nestled in such a quiet, relaxing spot. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful break. Would happily return! Negative: the garden area by the pond felt neglected: we spotted empty sweetcorn tins (likely left by fishers) and a full ashtray on the table, which spoiled the otherwise lovely setting.
